About Essert Romand
Essert Romand is situated in the centre of a range of dramatic and beautiful scenery, ranging from the massive presence of Mont Blanc to the placid Lac Leman.
Located in the Portes du Soleil ski region this village is only 5 minutes drive from Morzine and les Gets, 30 minutes drive from Thonon and 75 minutes away from Geneva.
With 650 km of interlinked ski pistes, across 12 inter-linked resorts in both France and Switzerland, the ski and snowboarding is limitless whilst the variety of local French and Swiss mountain towns makes the summer a haven for walkers and mountain bikers.
The Portes du Soleil also hosts the yearly VTT competition.
